This Privacy Policy explains how Taskwizid ("Taskwizid," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and Service. Taskwizid is operated by Louis Andrade.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored securely, hashed).

Billing information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, collects and processes your payment details. Taskwizid does not store your full card number.

Business data you connect: If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Drive), we access the data necessary to provide the specific features you enable, such as reading and drafting emails, scheduling events, or managing tasks.

Call and communication data: If you use the Receptionist agent, we process phone call data via Twilio and voice data via ElevenLabs to answer calls, transcribe conversations, and route notifications on your behalf.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service (e.g., which agents you use, request volume) to operate rate limiting, calculate billing, and improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process billing and manage your subscription
• Communicate with you about your account, including support and service updates
• Monitor and enforce fair-use limits and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Processing

Taskwizid uses Anthropic's Claude API to power its AI employees. Content you provide (e.g., emails, business context, customer messages) may be sent to Anthropic for processing in order to generate responses and take configured actions. Anthropic's own data handling practices apply to this processing; you can review Anthropic's policies at anthropic.com/privacy.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following service providers as necessary to operate the Service:

• Stripe — Payment processing and billing
• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
• Google — Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, and Drive integrations (only if you connect them)
• Twilio — Phone call handling
• ElevenLabs — Voice generation for the Receptionist agent
• Anthropic — AI processing (Claude API)
• Vercel — Application hosting

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is deleted, except as required for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), database-level access controls (Row-Level Security), and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication and basic site functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

10. International Users

Taskwizid is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
